 Our annual picnic was deemed a success, I wish to thank the Ladies for their fantastic side dishes as it made for alot to say about comfort food. I would like to thank all the one that commented on my Barb-B-Q as when all was said and done there was enough left over for two sandwich's in which I had for supper, so that is saying it must have been pretty good. The ones that fished had a great time as well, especially the 10 yr old that caught a catfish app. 6 lbs he was thrilled and was determined to get his dad to join our camp. Also we are delighted to have received 3 new applications from guest of our picnic and 2 more are expected, Let's keepUp The Good Work and always remember to invite family and Guest to our Meetings and Outings as you are the source for New Members.

Our meeting July 2nd., 2009 at 6:30 pm will be located at Maxie's on Market Street right off Main St. in Barnesville.

NOTE: We will have a Special guest Speaker at our Meeting that works part time for the National Park Service at Kennesaw Battle Field and is an Instructor in Artillary, I think he is to speak on uniforms and equiptment and possibly more information on the Barnesville Blues.

 The Garden Patch will be Closed for Vacation the first week in July. We will Not have a Business Meeting this time, so you Wife and Family members are encouraged to attend and I looking forward to seeing you soon, if you have question or comment call me anytime 770-550-0266.
